2. Commission Disclosure
We receive commission from the insurer on each policy sold. This commission does not affect your premium — you pay exactly the same amount you would pay going directly to the insurer. Commission rates vary by product and insurer. You are entitled to ask about the specific commission applicable to any product we recommend.
3. Nature of Service
SagaWealth provides insurance comparison, advisory, and facilitation services as a licensed PoSP under Turtlemint Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. We do not underwrite insurance, hold insurance risk, or make final decisions on claims. All insurance contracts are between you and the respective insurer.
Our advisory services are provided free of charge to the customer.
4. Conflicts of Interest
As a commission-earning intermediary, there is an inherent potential conflict of interest. We manage this by:
- Disclosing upfront that we earn a commission on purchase
- Presenting multiple options from different insurers for comparison
- Explaining material differences including exclusions, waiting periods, and sub-limits
- Recommending products based on your stated needs, not commission rates
